What I wish was different
Although it isn't something that can be changed, but working in customer service can be really hard. Just like you've always heard, the customer is always right. So, when you're in a situation with a difficult customer, your job is to make them happy, even if it makes you uncomfortable or you didn't even do anything wrong. I understand the whole idea of customer service, but I do wish that people who work in customer service weren't put into situations that they have no choice but to care more about another person than themselves.
