What I liked
Siemens offers an amazing working environment. It is professional enough to keep me on top of my work but relaxed enough for me to take a break and chat with friends if I need to. Because Siemens employs so many co-ops, it is very easy to meet other students and gain new friends.
I always had a mentor who took the time to make sure I understood what I need to, and was happy to answer my questions.
I always felt like my work was important and that my peers/team members valued my work and input.

Advice
You will hardly ever get anything you do not ask for. If you see an opportunity arise that you want to take advantage/be a part of then ask to do so. Things will not be handed to you, but more often than not, others are happy to help you get the things you want.
And NEVER be afraid to ask a question!
