What I liked
My coworkers. They made the job much more fulfilling. They were always there to support me whenever I needed help as this was my first retail job. The atmosphere was friendly too and it made my day when a customer would leave with a smile on their face.
What I wish was different
Not enough people scheduled for the 2am truck day shift. It consisted of only one manager and one employee. If I couldn't make it one day, then it would cause too much problems.
Advice
You must follow RiteAids core values. One of them is being passionate for your customers. Show them that you want to help and be friendly while you're at it.

I enjoyed my coworkers. I am enjoying all the new skills I get to learn being a cashier. I am happy to have a good work experience because I have developed a good work ethic and always want to come into work.

I wish the store I work at had a redesign. It is in very bad shape and customers constantly ask me if I feel safe.If there was a redesign the employees and customers would be happy.

I like the exposure to a unique field in medicine. I learn so much about drugs when I'm at work and I feel like it is going to put me ahead when I enter the medical field after Hamilton.

I like that the job was flexible with the schedule that I gave them.

I applied for a job at Walgreens but was placed to work at Rite Aid. I wish that I would’ve known this in advance so that I could continue to look for jobs at Walgreens because there’s more Walgreens stores than Rite Aid in case that I had to transfer closer to home, like now.

This is a good establishment and recommend it to other people.
It’s good to work at stores like Rite Aid to build experience.

I would've liked having a bigger team; at times, we felt understaffed. However, that allowed for close relationships between those who worked together often.
