The people at Reference Point are the most kind, supportive, and curious people. I gained multiple mentors and friends throughout my internship. Everyone was so eager to teach me consulting and technical skills on a one-on-one basis--allowing me to learn and adapt quickly to a new field. I was placed on difficult and engaging projects that Reference Point chose for me based on my interests.

Advice
I would advise anyone going into a Reference Point internship or job to meet as many people as you can and get involved internally. Reference Point is so unique because it allows and encourages employees to work on building up the company. I worked with the Marketing, CSR, and Learning and Development teams while also working on client engagements. This experience working on internal initiatives let me meet RP employees I wouldn't have met otherwise and taught me more about business development than a typical consulting internship would have.
