The children you work with are life-changing. Everyday you are with them, something new will happen. It is refreshing to see your impact on these children. Also, the people you live with and work with will stay with you for the rest of your life.
What I wish was different
The training is a week long. Honestly speaking, the experience is a little difficult to new-comers. So, they maybe could have altered the training a little.
Advice
Never forget the purpose of the project. It is for the children and the future.
