What I liked

I really enjoy how flexible my employer is with his hours and the working conditions are perfect considering I like to work outside.

What I wish was different

Everything about this job has been perfect so far.

Advice

Unless you really need money, don't take a job that will make you miserable. Keep looking around and doing odd jobs until you find a job that you enjoy doing to some extent.

What I liked

I loved being able to spend time with the children every day, take them to their activities, help them with their homework, and become close with their whole family and their family friends.

What I wish was different

Honestly, I don't have anything that I would change. It was a great experience for me. I had experience in negotiating my salary, working through conflict, communicating, and managing my time.

Advice

Take every opportunity possible!! I not only had experience with the children, but I got to get to know and network with the parents and the parents of my nanny children's friends. It led to great advice about college, advice about my future career, and meeting people that I may be able to have jobs with in the future.
