I wish I wouldn't have gotten so tired on some days, but that is just part of the job.

Other programmers like myself, not to be working alone on my projects. I wish the PCC was better organized, some managers (not mine) don't seem to accept their responsibilities, things go amiss and problems are always arising there.

I loved the teamwork oriented environment. We had daily training to prepare ourselves for our day. It was a great time to bond with my coworkers and learn from one another.
What I wish was different
I wish I had taken more time to get to know the workers in each villagers. It would have brought more authenticity in my tours.
Advice
You must love learning about cultures. You must be comfortable interacting with people from diverse countries and with different personalities. Effective organization, good communication, and quick adaptation are necessary to perform as a tour guide.
