Pittsburgh Filmmakers / Center for the Arts is the city's foremost visual arts organization focused on the presentation of contemporary moving image media and fine arts created in the region. Exhibiting the work of prominent and emerging artists of various visual disciplines, the PFPCA provides a unique cross section of contemporary art across its two campuses and neighborhood theaters. With the ability to stage multiple exhibits, events, and screenings concurrently, a mix of regional and national artists are featured regularly between the Shadyside galleries and Melwood galleries & screening room in North Oakland.
