This position at Palette Bistro is an opportunity for future culinary professionals to gain experience at the #1 restaurant in Petoskey, Michigan. Interns will be working under Chef Jeremy Pomeroy, CEC. Chef Jeremy is an award winning chef who was recently named the 2017 Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation. Interns will be given the tools and knowledge necessary to be successful members of a culinary team preparing scratch made product in a fast-paced, high-volume upscale restaurant.
