The people that I've worked with have been incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.
What I wish was different
The start seemed a bit disorganized, but much of that had to do with my need to be familiar with new systems and tasks. Still, it took a while to really sink my teeth into a project.
Advice
Be open and willing to learn new things every day and do not be afraid to ask your co-workers and supervisors for help and information
