I liked the benefits and the pay and I wanted to experience what the hospital was like.

I wish scenarios, staffing ratios, and the merger with HCA would have been explained more thoroughly during this time.
Advice
Question your employer thoroughly before jumping into a commitment with a company especially if they are merging with another company. Make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.
