Intern Product Engineer
May - August 2017 • Boise, ID
What I liked
The internship at Micron focused on learning, whether it be about new technology or how computer memory works. The work environment was welcoming and many employees were friendly and approachable with questions.
What I wish was different
Intern project length and complexity varied quite a bit between interns, a more standardized project format may have worked better.
Advice
While the first few weeks may seem overwhelming with a lot of new industry terminology and technology, just stick to it! Use your resources to fill yourself in on what you're missing and don't be worried to work a bit slower to ensure you do the work correctly.
