It was enjoyable to work with clients in person and witness the impact that the health plan has on their daily lives. I also had a great time in the office, working with a team that was very welcoming and helpful when it came to showing me the ropes on how the company runs.
What I wish was different
The workload was lighter than expected, I wish there was more that I could have done in my 3 months of working there rather than the repetitive tasks I was given.
Advice
If interning here be sure to choose a department that is fitted more toward your goals. This experience is great, but if you're in a department that does not interest you then you will be wasting your time.
