Marsh

Business Operations Intern

June - August 2021 • Austin, TX

What I liked

I loved that there were featured guest speakers each week! It gave the interns a chance to network with different departments and other Chief Officers at Marsh.

What I wish was different

I wish that the tasks assigned to us interns was more clearly stated and executed. It was a little disorganized due to it being the Austin Center of Excellence's first hosting of a mass group of interns.

Advice

I would advice that interns go in with an open mind and willingness to adapt to a new environment. It is crucial to the outcome of every internship and adds to the overall experience!
