The job itself is pretty awful, the pay sucks, and the store owner is an irresponsible jerk.
Advice
Honestly, only work here if you're pretty desperate for a job.

What I liked
The managers were really kind and fun to work with. The schedule, for the most part, is very flexible, which was great considering I tend to have a chaotic schedule.
What I wish was different
I wish the work ethic of the rest of the employees would have been better. Sometimes it felt like pulling teeth to try to get work done.
Advice
Try to pitch in anywhere you can, and move fast. You might get promoted quicker that way.

What I liked
I love how my coworkers have become a second family. I enjoy doing paperwork and learning about the franchise more in-depth.
What I wish was different
I wish that as an assistant manager I could be able to do 40 hours a week.
Advice
It is not an easy job but it is worth it once you see the smiling faces of customers who are happy with their orders.

I loved the warm members of the staff, from the crew members to the management ,I never had a moment where I regretted working there.
