I loved making relationships with the kids and observing how they interact with adults and other kids. I also enjoyed the relationships which I formed with the other care-givers.
What I wish was different
I wish there could have been more structure in terms of activities and more routine built into the time I spent with the kids.
Advice
I would advise people to take an active role in supporting kids and really showing them that they are and why they are worth something to our society.

I loved the team that I worked with. Also it came with a free gym membership worth 160 dollars.
What I wish was different
My job is weather dependent since I work outside. This past summer I wished the weather had been much more sunny.
Advice
Though there are good tips, if it is bad weather out, you wont be getting any customers.
