What I liked

Works with my classes, and very flexible. It also pays very well for a job that I work 35 hours a week doing.

What I wish was different

I wish they would communicate more with the employees about specific changes, lead sources that we are dealing with on a day to day basis. Also, I think there training can be better which would help them with retention with employees saving them overall cost on there hiring process.


Just communication about leads and company expectations. A better training program for the new hires so they can get a realistic expectation of how things are. That way it will prohibit them from becoming lackadaisical in their efforts.
