I really appreciate that my ideas were respected, heard and incorporated. I felt the organization was very appreciative and acknowledged my efforts which was very motivating.
What I wish was different
I wish I had the opportunity to intern in person. This would have improved my productivity even further. Because of COVID19 that was not possible.
Advice
Be flexible and understand the organization's perspective when giving recommendations.
