Joy El is a Christian nonprofit ministry located in South Central Pennsylvania that evangelizes and disciples students through a variety of programs: The Released Time Bible Program (grades 3-9), the 4.12 Leadership Training Programs (grades 8-12), J-Serve (a gap year program for college-age students), Summer Camps (grades K-12), and Year-Round Weekend Retreats (all ages).
