What I liked

Everything, it's an incredibly collaborative environment and gave me lots of experience.

What I wish was different

I wish it would have been a little less talent-focused and a little more marketing-focused. I did a ton of brand outreach which was great but would have loved to have been able to do more for our football teams.

Advice

Mike Jones (CEO) is SO good at what he does, take advantage of the opportunities he gives you to pick his brain and learn from him. If you are unpaid like I was, there is still so much you can receive from this internship. It was so fun, and everyone in the office really makes you feel like you're part of the team.
