This is a great company, and they really put a lot of work into creating a learning and developmental experience for young engineers.

Advice
Make sure to put yourself out there and try to meet as many new people as you can. The more people you talk to the more you are going to learn and gain from your internships.

I would have liked to have a REACH mentor as well as my project mentor.
Advice
Ask questions and never let yourself get bored. There is a lot to learn and even more you can do so always learn something new.
