What I liked

Their coding challenge was straightforward and not impossibly hard like some other companies'. The questions are just meant to see if you have some fundamentals of programming. The phone screen and on-site interviews were not overly stressful, and everyone at the on-site interview was very nice.

What I wish was different

I wish I could go back and see the responses to my coding challenge.

Advice

Practice in a language you're comfortable with they don't require you to use their specific language.

What I liked

I liked that the interview process was not as cutthroat as many of the large tech companies and that the coding test screened for a candidate's basic knowledge, critical thinking, and resourcefulness more than their ability to solve leetcode style problems or know every single existing data structure. The phone interview itself involved reviewing the coding test results and discussing the solution's correctness and edge cases that may have been missed, followed by an on-site interview if the phone interview went well.

What I wish was different

I wish that the code that I wrote during my coding test would have been provided to me during the phone interview when discussing it, so that I may have it for reference. It would've helped me explain my thought process much more as I would not have to draw on my memory to explain it.

Advice

My advice for this experience is to have a solid understanding of basic operations in your selected coding language to solve problems like string parsing and data structure manipulation/utilization. Consider every edge case you can think of, and be able to recreate your solution if needed.
