What I liked
Having new experiences and building relationships with kids while helping them meet goals is really rewarding
What I wish was different
I wish the pay would be higher for things that are expected of us, and that we were given all of the tools we needed to properly care for our clients
Advice
Come in each day with an open mind and remind yourself that you can be your client's safe place, even if only for a couple hours every day
