What I liked

I loved working with people with disabilities it, and learning each and everyone personalities. It was hard work but you made really close connections with each individual.

What I wish was different

I wish that the staff could do more activities with the residents, we were in charge of showers, dinner, and putting to bed. We didn’t go on too many red outings with them sadly.

Advice

This is pretty hard job and can be demanding, but what you get out of it is something you’ll take forever and use in your life. You learn how to care, form relationships, help form positive behaviors and finally patients is one thing if you didn’t have, you’ll learn it!
