What I liked
The work I was doing directly contributed to ongoing projects at garmin. The atmosphere and people at garmin meshed really well with me. They welcomed me with open arms.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have been in st.louis, truthfully, thats where my family and girlfriend lives.
Advice
I would not miss an opportunity like this. Garmin is an great employer and they hire only the best.

Would have liked to have more opportunities to work on feature-development as opposed to testing.
Advice
Valuable technical experience was gained. The company definitely helps make sure you work on projects that you are interested in.

Its a good internship if you choose to take it, but be aware that what you will be working on is very dependent on the department you are in

What I liked
The people that I worked with were some of the kindest and smartest people I've ever worked with. All of them wanted to help the customer or an engineer however possible.
What I wish was different
Management had problems listening to agents concerns.
Advice
If you haven't worked a customer service job in your life you need to. It is a humbling experience and especially in that job where you are helping customers solve problem and engineers solve problems.
