Consumer Leadership Program Intern
May - July 2018 • Cincinnati, OH
What I liked
I liked all of the experience and exposure I received. This was actually my third internship with 5/3 and my second in the program. They truly care about the future of their company and the people that are going to help them get there.
What I wish was different
I wish the communication would have been better.
Advice
It was a little nervewrecking at first, but any job is. Don't be afraid to be around executives, they were once in your shoes, too.

What I liked
I like that I was exposed to new things in finance and business in general in a new city that I had never been to before.
What I wish was different
I wish I had prepared more for other internship interviews, but school was taking a lot of my time.
Advice
Keep on applying to internships and attending interviews until you find your one true match. Don't let a denial deter you from greatness.
