There are so many possibilities for growth and innovation at Faraday. No single working day was ever the same, as someone always had a new idea that allowed our processes to become faster and better.
What I wish was different
I wish that there was more of a female presence in the workplace, but given that this is the automotive/tech industry, the ratio of males to females in the office is not always equal.
Advice
Always ask questions! If I never asked any of the questions that I did during my time at Faraday, I would never have grown as an individual and employee, and would have never been offered the opportunity to return the company.
