What I liked
I loved the company culture and mentorship that I received in this position. It is a small group (but expanding quickly), which made it easy to really take on the internship with full force and have a say in the growth of this mission-driven company. Even though the internship was remote due to Covid-19 I never felt confused or misled on my daily tasks or larger goals. I was given quite a large amount of autonomy in the work I completed and I was never pushed to the backburner to do mundane work. I never felt inhibited in reaching out and speaking to the leadership team if I had questions or felt that I could bring a new idea to the table. I definitely recommend this internship to anyone that is looking for a great team atmosphere and to complete valuable, tangible initiatives.
