Rewarding to work with high school students in the program and the college aged RAs
What I wish was different
Better management and communication. Higher administrations could be improved by being more attentive to employee concerns rather than siding with parents in correctional issues.
Advice
Expect to work hard and find ways to make the most of the experience through networking. Little professional development but good compensation.
