I wish I was in person but the pandemic resulted in unforeseeable ways of working. I am in person now and I am very happy about that.

I was actually on site at a power plant and was able to complete state inspections and be part of audits.

What I wish was different

I wish I would have been able to see more plants but covid-19 was restrictive.

Never be afraid to ask questions and always ask if there are resources to learn more. Take the initiative and work hard.

What I liked

I liked working with a great team and in a great environment. Also, I gained a deeper understanding in the role of a Business Analyst and gained the skills needed for the role which has benefited me.

What I wish was different

I don’t wish anything had been different. I think everything for me was great and the on boarding process was also smooth.

Advice

Take notes during meetings they would help a lot. Also, go in willing and wanting to learn and grow.
