What I liked
I really enjoyed the people I worked with. I made a lot of friends in my intern class from different schools and also met professional contacts that became mentors and guides to me during my internship.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time there. The internship went by so fast and I didn't get to work on as many clients as I would have liked to. That being said, I still did love the clients/industries I worked with and learned more than I ever thought I would.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share with anyone applying to this internship is to not be afraid to ask questions. It is important to make sure you understand the work you are doing in order to learn as much as you can.

What I liked
The immersive experience was remarkable. You’re able to go in and actually do work that you would do as a 1st or 2nd year audit staff and really see how the company works.
What I wish was different
To have worked with more clients from different industries. I was able to get my top 2 preferences of industries. With that being said, I don’t believe the length of the summer internship would had allowed to get very in-depth with anyone if I had moved clients anymore.
Advice
Go in with an open mind and don’t be scared to ask questions. They know you lack experience and are more than willing to answer any question you throw their way.

The hierarchy felt every flat and my coworkers were perfectly fluent in English, warm, and open. I was given a lot of freedom and responsibility, and treated like an important part of the team.

It would have been great if I knew a bit of Hebrew, but I didn't need any!

Take the time to meet everyone in the office, whether over coffee or just around the space. Everyone is an amazing resource.

It was a wonderful opportunity to work in such a big and reputed company. The thing I liked the most was that even though I was an intern, I was treated equally as other employees. This is true for both allotment of work and use of the company's facilities.

Everything was better than I expected and I don't think I would want anything to be different.

One should always be willing to take the initiative. While other interns chose to laze around and waste their time, I chose to learn as much as I could.
