The company is incredible! There were lots of internal activities to join in on and develop connections with those you work with.

I would like to have been worked with more co-ops on a daily basis

Take every opportunity as one to learn from! I had little construction experience before the internship, and I walked out knowing a lot!

Estimating Co-Op

What I liked

Great company. Does a lot of worker in Dayton. I was able to stay busy and learn everyday, even when I was in an office/cubicle setting.

What I wish was different

I’m in an estimating class now and my textbook is really helpful. I would have liked to have taken this class earlier.

Advice

Even if you’re in an office setting, you DO NOT have to sit behind your desk all day! Get up and talk to other coworkers.
