About CSUSM - Finance and Administrative Services Division

Finance and Administrative Services (FAS) is one of five divisions of the University: Academic Affairs, Community Engagement, FAS, Student Affairs, and University Advancement. FAS plays an instrumental role in supporting our campus community by managing University resources and ensuring fiscal, legal, and regulatory compliance for the campus.

FAS is comprised of 200 employees within six subdivisions: Administration, Business & Financial Services (BFS), CSUSM Corporation, Facilities Development & Management (FDM), Office of Human Resources (OHR), and the University Police Department (UPD).

Each of our subdivisions performs a core function of our overall mission, “Excellence in service, partnerships, and results.”
