What I liked
I am still awaiting confirmation for the Tax Associate interview with your campus recruiter Niquie Hughes. After I provided Hughes with my availability window on 7.11.23, Hughes did not send a confirmation email confirming that she received my availability. The morning of the unconfirmed interview on 7.12.23, I contacted Niquie Hughes. Hughes answered and assured me she would call me back for the interview at 3 pm.
However, I have yet to receive a callback. I also noticed that Hughes should have given a day in advance notice to potential candidates regarding an initial interview screening. For example, the interview was scheduled directly the next day after the invitation was emailed. Niquie Hughes failed to confirm and follow through with the interview after I emailed her my availability and called.
As someone interested in a possible career with CohnReznick LLP, the experience could have gone better, and Niquie Hughes's inability to follow up with potential candidates is a negative representation of CohnReznick LLP as an organization.
