Student Loan Correspondent

May - September 2018 • Cranston, RI

What I liked

I was trained for 2 weeks before the start of the job. I was on my own handling calls with a mentor after 2 days of listening. Once my group were on our own, we competed to win prices based on knowledge and sales.

What I wish was different

I had trouble with my phone not working properly. It wasn't fixed since I was a temporary intern.

Advice

Every opportunity for experience is so worth it. I enjoyed my experience in the student loan call center for citizens bank.
