The company culture. As a fairly small company, the owners/CEO are highly involved in the company. They have instilled a great foundation of guest service.
What I wish was different
Team member development is not were it should be. Training is a little rough because there is not a great foundation. The company has realized this and they are implementing some programs to change this for future employees.
Advice
This is a great place to work. The employee perks are amazing.
