The welcoming team made it easy to ask questions and gain experience in areas of the company I didn't think I'd be exposed to. The projects I worked on were meaningful and delivered immediate results to the organization and employees.
What I wish was different
I wish I were able to work on and interact with the other interns more, we tried through lunch and learns but I feel like they were not as effective as many would have hoped.
Advice
In this role you are given lots of freedom, so it is ultimately up to you on how you would like to approach problems and pursue opportunities.
