Week 0: Write down some goals that you have for yourself for the internship.
Week 1 - 3: Make a list of people to have informational interviews with and start scheduling and having those. (This is highly encouraged to be done during work hours.) Of course, all that should be done as you complete your intro tasks as an intern.
Week 4-6: Continue to be a sponge and keep networking with your Schwamily and fellow Schwinterns.
Week 7-9: Follow up with those informational interviews as the end of the internship is near. Have those conversations if you're interested in being hired full-time and finish the internship strong owning the impact you've made on the team.
Overall: Be patient with learning and take ownership of every task, no matter how big or small.
