I was the first person with this role and I love how much freedom I was given, I got to feel like an individual and not just an intern. It was a very hands on learning experience, as a recruiting intern I was actually able to interview candidates and give offers. I gained vastly more knowledge through this role than I ever would have in the classroom for recruiting.
