Amnicon is a faith-based organization, BUT does not exclude anyone nor seek to convert anyone! Staff must be comfortable engaging in conversations about faith, but are not expected to subscribe to any specific set of beliefs themselves. In fact, a diversity of perspectives among our staff leads to the best conversations around the campfire!
