What I liked

The atmosphere at the company was very inviting and welcoming, which allowed me to feel comfortable asking questions and getting to know my coworkers. Everyone around me was invested in me, making sure that I was able to learn against the learning curve efficiently.

What I wish was different

There were times where the managers ran out of work for me, so I did not have anything to do.

Advice

Pay close attention to how long you are spending on projects; keep track of how long it takes you to learn how to do a new type of return, so you can focus on your weaknesses! Also, work more on your weak sections than strong ones, so that you're developing a holistic experience.
