What I liked
I loved how they were willing to take me in and teach on the job. Burns Engineering has lots of Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineers, and I was not quite sure how my background would fit into the team as well as the company. However, with an engineer's technical background, being adaptable and learning on the job was no hassle.
