What I liked
I like getting paid at the end of every shift and having the opportunity to make more than I would with an hourly wage. I also like the type of interaction I can get with other people, it has made me a more social person.
What I wish was different
I wish that management acted more like leaders.
Advice
Do not get stuck in food service for the rest of your life, there are good days and bad days, but you can do a lot more with your life when you make a steady salary.

It was a great job that taught me many life skills. It allowed me to help people in a way but also gave me a different view of things

I wish pay would of been different! Many restaurants pay $5.15 an hour instead of $2.13

One piece of advice is to be patient! Sometimes things will not go your way and just need to be patient
