“While every aspect of my internship with BSA Lifestructures went smoothly, there were multiple things that really stood out to me. First, I was never treated as an intern or the bottom of the totem pole. I was treated with the utmost respect and was never laughed at for asking questions, no matter how silly they might have been. Secondly, I was put on many varying tasks that expanded my knowledge base tremendously and engaged me as an aspiring architect. Third, I was treated as a valuable part of the team and was able to attend many design meetings, planning meetings, and more. Finally, even after the world took a surprising turn, BSA made sure to give me every opportunity to continue my work from a safe environment with ease, including many co workers checking in on me regularly to make sure I was okay. I couldn't have asked for a better first Co-op experience. ”

I never felt nervous or scared to ask a question, had plenty of work to do, and was always treated like a member of the family. I have never worked or had a more positive internship experience than I did with this great group of people. They are hard workers and really taught me so much about the world of structural and building renovation. The hours were reasonable, expectations were laid out efficiently, and I really enjoyed being able to get to know everyone while exploring a whole new city.”
