I loved the flexible hours/ piecework pay on top of hourly pay, and the ability to work on your own without much interference.
What I wish was different
I wish we had had more competent supervisors.
Advice
It's important to keep lines of communication open, and consider living in employee housing so as to save money on traveling.

What I liked
The overall experience was very benefical. I really enjoyed all of the staff and managers I had that not only made the process easier but encouraged me to keep going.
