“I liked the workplace atmosphere and the chance to work on very different kinds of tasks. ”

Case Team Assistant

“(1) I appreciated the professional working environment. We were working in a team of around 10 people. All of my teammates were smart people who graduated from top universities worldwide. The team was also diverse as we had members coming from other BCG branches. The team was working very professionally. Everyone treated their tasks very seriously -- always delivered them on time. The tasks were assigned logically and evenly. My direct "manager," even though was busy with her tasks, still gave me guidance and support throughout the process (as I was totally new to the company). I also got to meet our client in meetings, which taught me a lot about being professional. (2) BCG paid well and treated their employees well. Salaries at BCG, of course, are among the highest. They also provided budgets for necessary daily expenses and other work-related ones. I only needed to focus on working hard. The company also organized weekly bonding activities that CTAs can also join. The team also had some cozy get-together celebrations as we reached each milestone. At the end of the case, each CTA received a short personal reflection and feedback section, which I really appreciated. We also received small gifts and farewell cards from our teammates/managers. ”
