Great environment, I get to work with many different engineers of all types. I have really solidified what i want to do in my career going forward and have gained valuable experience i would have never got in school.
What I wish was different
Testing products is sometimes really heavy and sometimes I was pulled off projects to do testing for other engineers. But that did not diminish the greatness of the experience.
Advice
Be honest, know your limits, challenge yourself, ask for help, take the opportunity to gain mentorship while you are a student.

What I liked
Super helpful in transitioning to actual salaried job. Emphasis on experience and ability to learn. They really "wanted" me to work for them. Never work for a company that doesn't put forth the effort to actually want you.

Advice
Get out there and don't be afraid of applying in far away places. Many companies look for out of state applicants as they help shift paradigms. Really explain in detail your past experiences or coursework, they love that. Don't jump at the first offer...
