Given lots of autonomy, was given the chance to run design reviews, gained lots of wetlab experience.
What I wish was different
It was very slow at first because they did not have any projects prepared for me to do.
Advice
Get to know your team well, but also try to meet people on other teams. They are a great source of help when you work on your own projects, and you will learn so much more! Everyone is very friendly and approachable.
