What I liked
I enjoyed the hands-on aspect of the job. I had the opportunity to lead others.
What I wish was different
I did not enjoy the lack of communication between our staff and camps/conferences on campus.
Advice
Be prepared for anything, anything that can go wrong will go wrong at points. Boone is great in the summer and it is a great experience.
