“I interned at PEOPLE Magazine through the American Society for Magazine Editors (ASME) intern program. I liked that the editors gave me pretty much any responsibilities I wanted to take on, from pitching articles for digital to writing book reviews for print to covering red carpets and interviewing famous actors. I loved working in the New York office in downtown Manhattan and getting to sit in on daily meetings and interact with the other interns and the editors.”
